Jim Neumann and Helen Chandler own and operate Lake Divide Farm, named for the unique way the Huron and Upper Grand watersheds divide our property in half. The farm is located in Jackson County, Michigan, and grows vegetables, melon, herbs, and cut flowers. This will be our first year farming in Michigan, after four years running Whistling Wolf Farm in New Jersey. We are eager to meet our new community and forge relationships for a lifetime. We are committed to farming the land sustainably and preserving the natural ecosystems that predate our arrival. We plan to be certified organic in the year 2017.
